Two interactive video installations for an extraordinary event

For a special event at Zirka Space (a centre for interdisciplinary spatial and cultural work in Munich), we realised these creative solutions for our client PENTA GmbH in collaboration with Magic Event- & Medientechnik GmbH – two individually designed interactive video installations that immersed the guests of an executive dinner during the reception and throughout the dinner, visually enriching the event with the brand’s monochrome look.

AURUM – transformed into a monochrome, dynamic installation

At the reception area, we implemented a visual interactive work – a monochrome version of our Artwork AURUM that fully matched the client’s minimalist look. The installation reacted to movement and changed the structure of its particle world as soon as guests moved in front of it. This created a lively entrance that intuitively drew visitors into the atmosphere of the event and harmonised with the rest of the location’s look.

The combination of the location’s urban industrial look, translucent fabric panels, the greenery of the plants and the aesthetic surface of AURUM transformed the space into a visual intro with depth.

The LED wall at the dinner space: culinary and visual dramaturgy

In front of the Stylishly staged glass dinner tables, decorated with glass tableware and organic greenery, a large-format LED wall was integrated into the setup, on which the menu’s individual courses appeared in animated form. The visual design was deliberately minimalist and monochrome – in keeping with the overall appearance.

Each course was not simply served, but announced as part of a visual narrative. The interplay of reflections on the glass table surfaces and tableware, the organic decoration and the video design created an atmospheric setting for an extraordinary experience.

Our task was to design the content of the video installations so that they would fit seamlessly into the event’s overall concept while generating a strong emotional and aesthetic impact. The outcome: creative works that astonish, stimulate and linger in the mind.
